About ordering custom jeans

If you have ordered custom-made jeans before and would like to place a repeat order without any pattern changes, you can also place your order by phone.

First, please contact Betty Smith's representative at 03-5457-2461 or send an email to order@betty.co.jp and state that you are placing a repeat order for custom jeans.

How to order

1. Make a reservation for a date to discuss your order by phone

2. Betty Smith will send you fabric samples, part samples, etc.

3. Place your order by phone or Skype while looking at the sample.

4. Order sheet

5. Please return all fabric samples, part samples, etc.

6. Your custom jeans will arrive in about one month.

About shipping costs

Shipping of the sample set: Our company will cover the cost, Return shipping: Customer will cover the cost, Product shipping: Our company will cover the cost.
